Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Prabhat Prakashan. We are committed to delivering your books and educational materials quickly and securely. Please review our shipping practices below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a separate notification with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Note: During high-volume periods (like sales or new book releases), processing may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Partners

We partner with Shiprocket to ensure reliable and timely delivery across India. Shiprocket allows us to choose the most efficient courier service for your specific pin code, ensuring your books reach you safely.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  •          Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days
  •          Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days
  •          Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may occasionally be impacted by external factors such as weather conditions or courier delays.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. How Do I Track My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification from us (via Shiprocket) containing a tracking number and a link to check the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the system.

6. Undeliverable Packages & RTO (Return to Origin)

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to our facility. In such cases:

We will contact you to arrange a reshipment.

7. Missing or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your books. However, if your order arrives damaged, or if you have not received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately at 'prabhatbooks@gmail.com' with your order number and photos of the condition of the item/packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping.
